Air Traffic Simulation-Based Ground Movement Study Analysis at Gimpo Airport 항공교통 시뮬레이션 기반 김포국제공항의 지상이동시간 분석 연구

Abstract

The ICAO recommended the ASBU to its member states in order to establish a systematic air traffic system, and presented KPIs for the evaluation of the air traffic system. The airport-related KPIs involve calculating the time spent on aircraft ground movements during departures and arrivals, as well as any additional delay time. Therefore, this study performs various analyses of aircraft ground movement times at Gimpo International Airport based on simulations. By utilizing actual flight schedules, aircraft types, and taxiway usage rates, the simulation results will be validated with statistical indicators to improve accuracy. Furthermore, by modifying the exit taxiway usage ratio compared to the baseline scenario and adjusting the usage rate between remote stands and contact stand, the simulation analysis examines and derives changes in stop times occurring during ground movement.

국제민간항공기구는 체계적인 전환을 위한 미래항공시스템전환계획(ASBU)을 체약국에게 권고하였고, 항공교통시스템의 평가항목 중 공항에서 항공기 출발 및 도착하는 지상이동에 소요되는 시간과 추가 발생 시간 관리를 위한 KPI로 제시하였다. 이에, 본 연구는 김포국제공항의 항공기 지상이동시간을 항공교통 시뮬레이션을 기반으로 다양한 조건을 변경하는 시나리오를 통해 지상이동시간의 변화를 분석하고자 한다. 실제 운항스케줄과 운항기종, 탈출유도로 사용율 등을 기반으로 기본 시나리오를 구성하며, 시뮬레이션 결과와 통계적 지표(R², RMSE, MAE 등) 검증을 통해 정확성을 향상 시켰다. 기본 시나리오에서 활주로 탈출유도로의 사용비율을 변경과 원격주기장 및 탑승교 주기장의 사용율 변경에 따른 시뮬레이션 분석으로 지상이동 중 발생하는 정지시간의 변화를 비교하였다. 분석 결과 활주로 탈출 유도로 변경에 따른 효과는 0.2분 미만이며, 탑승교 주기장 사용율은 출발항공기만 0.24분 이하로 개선되는 것으로 분석되었다.
